- A 1976 Caledonian single grain whisky from independent bottler Douglas Laing that was matured in a single refill hogshead for 45 years, before being bottled in September 2021 as part of its Xtra Old Particular series. Aromas of peppery oak spice, fresh fruit salad & damp wood fill the nose, complemented by notes of crème caramel, honey cornflakes, orange zest & boiled sweets throughout the palate.
