- A Perfect Measure sample bottle of a complex, smoky Bowmore from Elixir Distillers' Elements of Islay series, made with whiskies from 2001 & 2003, aged in ex-bourbon barrels & sherry butts for at least 16 years. Aromas of grapefruit, smoky charcoal, baked lemons, under-ripe mango & lime juice fill the nose. The palate offers notes of dark chocolate, candied limes, sea salt, papaya, kiwi & buttered samphire.
