70cl / 48% / La Maison Du Whisky - Distilled in 2007, this 11-year-old Bunnahabhain was bottled by La Maison du Whisky for its Artist Collective series. A heavily peated single malt, it has a smoky, savoury character with a fruity edge. Rich aromas of peat smoke, herbs and sweet white grapes develop into vanilla and dried fruits. The palate initially offers notes of dark chocolate, sea-salt, apples and peat, developing into raspberry, lychee and bonfire smoke.
