70cl / 48.4% / Douglas Laing - A 2009 Braeval single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing that was matured in a single refill butt for 12 years, before being bottled in November 2021 as part of its Old Particular series. Aromas of cream, butter, barley and baking spices fill the nose, complemented by notes of ginger, toffee, malt, brambles, oak and nutmeg throughout the palate.
