- This Blair Athol 30 Year Old was distilled in 1988 & spent the next three decades maturing in a single refill sherry butt, before it was bottled in December 2018 by Signatory Vintage as a part of its 30th Anniversary series. A rich, fruity single malt, it has notes of dried figs, prunes & black cherries throughout the palate, alongside caramel & dark chocolate notes.
