75cl / 12.5% - Black Elephant was set up by three gentlemen who wanted to change the way wine was made and talked about. This rose is made from the free run juice from their Pinotage in order to minimize color and tannin extraction. The result is a very pretty wine with notes of rhubarb, raspberry leaf and plum. The palate is all about rhubarb and custard candies with a dollop of tangy strawberry and fresh citrus.
