- The 2022-release of Benromach Contrasts: Peat Smoke is a small-batch, heavily-peated single malt that was matured in first-fill bourbon barrels. Aromas of rich smoke, vanilla, lemon zest, apples & white chocolate fill the nose, complemented by notes of toasted oak, honey, lemon sherbet, toasted marshmallow, bonfire smoke & butterscotch throughout the palate.
