- This molasses-based rum was distilled on a manually-operated column still from Traveller Liquors distillery in Belize. It was matured exclusively in an ex-bourbon cask & bottled in Belize by Holmes Cay. There are aromas of grass, banana peel & caramel on the nose, leading to dry & spicy notes of white pepper nutmeg & sandalwood.
