Over a layer of rich peat smoke it has aromas of cut hay, mint, camphor, sea salt, coconut milk and vanilla on the nose, developing into rosemary, sage and soot. The palate offers notes of orange zest, vanilla, liquorice, aromatic peat, dark chocolate, pears and Mirabelle plums.
