- A 10-year-old Ballechin single malt from Edradour distillery, aged in a single bourbon cask & bottled in 2018 for the distillery’s Straight from the Cask series. The nose is fresh & herbal, with fresh grass & chocolate aromas building slowly. The palate provides notes of oak, honey & more chocolate, with a strong peat smoke throughout, before building into a lingering finish of cinnamon & fresh herbs.
