- A single cask bottling of Auchroisk 1990 from The Ultimate, distilled on 15 August 1990, matured for 24 years in a refill butt & bottled on 23 July 2015 at 24 years old. Despite the whisky's light colour, the butt has imparted a good amount of sherry-cask flavour, with vanilla cream balanced by dark & spicy dried fruit.
