- A lively, refined single malt from Auchentoshan, Dark Oak has been matured in a combination of bourbon, oloroso & Pedro Ximenez casks. Aromas of toffee, walnuts, coconut, vanilla, oak spice, strawberries & sherry-soaked raisins fill the nose, complemented by notes of roast hazelnuts, toffee, crème caramel, candied apple, sugared almonds & honeysuckle throughout the palate & lingering in the finish.
