- This blanco Tequila from the Destileria Cascahuin in El Arsenal, Jalisco, was produced by master distiller Salvador Rosales Torres. For a rounder palate, it is rested for 21-to-28 days in ex-brandy casks that were previously used to mature Oaxacan mezcal. 1123 offers aromas of roasted pineapple, warm butter, baking spices & smoked pepper, joined on the palate by viscous hot cinnamon, sweet potato, oaky vanilla & almond notes.
