The palate offers notes of strawberry liquorice, fresh raspberries and ginger, with hints of hazelnuts and fresh fruit lingering in the finish.

Matured in a combination of sherry butts & puncheons, & finished in ruby port casks before being bottled at 21 years old. Aromas of candied orange peel, nectarine, parma violet & stewed summer fruits fill the nose.
