Don't let its smoothness on the palate fool you, either: this has a fiery finish, too. An excellent debut rum & one filled with associations of burnt caramel & smouldering embers – things that were, in fact, created when the family's barn burned down, an event which inspired the production of Burning Barn's spirits.
