- A Mari gin is unusual in that it distils water taken straight from oceans. This version, made with water from the Indian Ocean, uses fragrant botanicals from the east coast of Africa, including Swahili lime leaves, turmeric & Madagascan pink peppercorns in the distillation process. Once distilled, the gin is then further infused with Chai, Kenyan black tea, ginger, cinnamon & black pepper.
