3cl / 47.1% / The Perfect Measure
- Part of the second wave of whiskies from independent bottler Whisky Works, this Speyside single malt was distilled in September 1998 & matured in American oak for two decades before it was finished for seven months in 20-year-old Cognac casks from the Bourgin Estate in southwest France. Bottled in 2019, this is a sweet, floral whisky, with aromas of citrus, violets & sweet, grassy herbal notes on the nose. The palate offers notes of creamy milk chocolate, golden syrup, ginger & strawberrie
