Bottled at full strength 57.1%. Glenmorangie new spirit aged wholly in Glenmoranige’s bespoke Artisan casks from the Ozark mountains, Missouri, USA. Glenmorangie Glenmorangie malt whisky Distillery was established in 1843 by William Matheson at Morangie Farm where distilling had been practiced as early as 1703. Glenmorangie is situated on the shore of the Dornoch Firth at Tain in Scotland’s Highland whisky region. Tall gin stills were installed rather than shorter whisky stills when the distillery was established & so Glenmorangie has ten of the tallest whisky stills in Scotland standing 5.14m tall. Glenmorangie Distillery has a visitor centre which offers distillery tours. No tasting notes at present.
