17 year old Speyisde single malt Scotch whisky from the Glen Grant distillery. Single cask hogshead 121909 distilled October 1993 & bottled March 2011. 297 numbered bottles. Glen Grant Glen Grant Distillery is a Speyside malt whisky distillery situated in Rothes. Established in 1840 by brothers James & John Grant, the business prospered & in 1897 Glen Grant No. 2 distillery was established across the road in order to meet the high demand for Glen Grant whisky. During the late nineteenth century a Victorian garden was laid out in the valley behind the distillery & is now open to distillery visitors. Glen Grant Distillery has a visitor centre & offers distillery tours. Glen Grant Distillery participates in the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival. No tasting notes present.
