The Tomatin 30 Year Old delivers fresh aromas of soft fruits, golden honey and smooth white chocolate. On the palate, a fusion of tropical fruits and creamy buttered vanilla mingle in an explosion of sensational mixed spices. Batch 1 has been matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and traditional oak casks. Nose: Subtle presence of cherries and figs, followed by a pungent punch of sweetness. Notes of toffee and caramelised sugar with an essence of vanilla. Palate: Sweet at first, strawberries and kiwi. Balanced with a punch of spice, cloves and ginger with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Finish: Medium-long finish. Sweet vanilla with a peppery spiciness.
