They choose to rarely blend cuvee in order to acheive wines that typically reflect the individualities of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir. Maturation occurs between 36 months to 5 years giving a richer style of wine. This true expression of rose made from Pinot Noir grapes absolutely bursts with fruit character on the nose & palate. Cherries, redcurrants & raspberries perform a dance across the tongue along with the delicate mousse. The finish is rich & brioche-like thanks to the long maturation.
