Product Description

The Trentino region is located in the far north of Italy between Veneto & Lombardy. It forms the southern half of the Trentino-Alto Adige region, between the Padana plain & the Alps, & enjoys vast differences in climate, from Mediterranean to Alpine. Medals: SWA Silver A deliciously complex & weighty straw-coloured pinot grigio with aromas of spice, poached pear & smoky nuances. On the palate it is ripe & round, with peach & camomile flavours mingling with some butter & oak touches. It has a long finish with a delicate, almost mango-like flavour. Very delicious & agreeable. With maturation & bottle ageing prior to its release, this wine is ready to drink now. Pair it with a range of foods, especially first courses (primo) like creamy pasta & mushrooms, or second courses (secondi) such as gratins, polenta, white meats, etc. Delicious!
