Product Description

Ideal on its own as an aperitif or pair with creamy fish, chicken or pasta dishes, cheese of the region, smoked fish or light meat dishes. Hugely versatile & a andmust haveand in any wine rack. Only 3 hectares of vineyard are planted with Chardonnay entailing 3 appellations so to say the production is small & selective would be an understatement. Add to that the fact that only a third of production is available for export means this really is an exclusive wine of the highestuality & The Perfect Cellar are proud to represent this outstanding family run winery. This delicate yet robust Chardonnay exudes typical characters from the region. The nose hints at apples & almonds whilst the palate displays deeper complexities. Palate displays lemon zest, nutty character. Wne of great body, pleasant mouthfeel & piercing minerality.
