Absolutely typical of Sauvignon Blanc from this appellation the wine shows characters of perfume & gooseberry on the nose with distinctive nettle & fresh cut grass on the palate. The finish has a subtle smokiness & a lovely clean crispness. This easy drinking Sauvignon Blanc works asa perfect compliment to a range of foods, especially poultry, fish & seafood dishes. Wonderful match to oily & smoked fish, with goats cheese or to be enjoyed on a hot summers day.
