Product Description

Sparkling yellow-gold in colour, with an abundant nose of sweet apple, sun-ripened melon & clean, prickly minerals. In the mouth it is rich & rounded, with flavours of baked apples coming through, as well as a soft & creamy lemon tart flavour & roasted nut nuances. Elegant fruit flavours & a minerally freshness balance the finish. This rich, unoaked organic Chardonnay, with its rounded apple flavours & lemon curd creaminess, is a lovely accompaniment to food, but just as good as an aperitif. To pair, roasted chicken immediately springs to mind, especially one cooked with garlic, lemon & thyme. Chargrilled garlic & herb-marinated monkfish would also be perfect.
