Product Description

A silky wine with lovely aromas of plum, cherry brandy, cinnamon bark, black pepper & cedar wood. On the palate it is effortlessly drinkable, with warm flavours of plum & tinned cherries rounded off with some vanilla-y oak & a touch of spice. Velvety tannins give it structure & the finish is nice & long. This wine is drinking perfectly now, & will continue to improve for the next five years. Its a great wine for entertaining (not least because it tastes a lot more expensive than it is!) & is very nice with food, particularly delicatessen spreads, stews & lean red meats.
