a stable-style single
door, plus four windows
with mock shutters, and
window boxes to front and
side as standard.

The playhouse is
manufactured from good
quality Swedish timber
and is supplied
untreated. You can choose
to have the house painted
for an additional charge
and painting options are
available below.

The playhouse can be
installed directly onto a
level patio area,
pre-prepared concrete
base or directly onto
level ground with the
addition of rot resistant
wooden bearers available
below. If you choose the
installation option
please ensure that the
ground is prepared as
there will be an
additional charge should
the installation team
have to return.

Home delivery is
available throughout
mainland UK however the
installation service is
only available for
customers in England and
Wales (Please allow 14 -
21 days if assembly
service is required).
Self assembly takes
between 2-5 hours and
requires two people.

HOW IT IS DELIVERED:

NB: 'Kerbside' delivery
only, on a pallet, via
a hydraulic pallet truck
(can not be wheeled
across a gravel drive or
lawn).

Please note that these
playhouses are delivered
untreated (unless you
choose to have them
prepainted) and will
require sealing with a
weather proof paint or
varnish available from
all good Garden Centres
and DIY Stores.
