Henry – large … A colourful fella … “ Henry the Horse at your service. You may have already met my cousin – Henry the Horse Small – & if so he’s told you all about us already, I’m sure. For those of you who haven’t – it’s my pleasure to run over the details. We’re a simplistic but unique bunch really, all made from old 44-gallon shipping drums that have been recycled & welded into shape. This is all done by skilled people in Vietnam & once they’ve injected the life into us we’re sent on boats all over the world. I was particularly pleased with being sent to the UK & the lovely folk at The Garden Furniture Centre. But, obviously, the eventual aim is to find a more permanent home somewhere nice. I love the outdoor life you see, no matter what the weather, it doesn’t bother me as long as I’m out taking in the fresh air. I get this from Arron Jackson who designed me this way over in Australia – I was one of his first creations as a matter of fact. Anyway, I won’t keep you any longer, I’m sure you’re itching to have a further look around. Sorry, for those of you who don’t know Arron, he’s the Australian guy responsible for the original design of me & all my animal friends. & there’s loads of us at The Garden Furniture Centre
- a lucky few even get to live in the Showroom. We’re all different in our own way but do have one thing in common – we’re h&-made from recycled 44-gallon shipping drums all the way over in Vietnam by local crafts-people. The we take a boat ride to various parts of the world & usually end up in somebody’s garden – that’s where we’re happiest really. & we love the outdoors – even when it’s raining & cold you’ll still see me happy & smiling – ready for the next sunny spell to come along so I can take the reins & entertain again.
