This offers its 5% contact area for a true board flex & removing more hard plastic from touching the board & dictating flex. Union then wrap this in a Thermoformed EVA pad which takes all the vibrations out of the board & stops them passing through to you. The STR had a few upgrades for 2020 and is back in 2021 in fresh new colours with the same high quality features; the STR2 Duraflex highback is specifically engineered to maintain consitent flex in a wide range of cold temperatures. The ankle strap on the STR binding is lightweight and comfortable with asymmetric flex and overall performance. The STR sits on canted
