This is the Wide version of the Ride Helix. Featuring a wider waist width to accomodate riders with bigger sized feet. If your snowboard boots meassure size UK 10.5 (EU 45) or bigger, you will need a wide snowboard, to avoid toe or heel drag.  The Ride Helix is an aggressive asymmetrical true twin shaped snowboard. This Board is suitable for the intermediate to advanced snowboarder who is looking for a precise & responsive board that want to go fast & ride harder. It's been in the range for a few years & comes with a fresh new look for 2020. The Asymmetric Shaping means that you have a dedicated heelside & toeside of the board. The Heelside side cut is longer & deeper which improves heelside turn initiation & control with different radii for the heel & toeside edges. When you set up the board you just have to make sure you follow the instructions on the board that shows you which insert is for your right foot & left foot. If you set it up wrong, you are going to have a bad time on it.  The Asymmertical shape comes paird with the Twin Hybrid Camber, a true twin shape hybrid profile that has more camber than rocker. A short rocker zone near the tip & tail with standard camber in the centre of the board gives you a poppy & snappy camber that has a slight uplift at the contact points for a little bit more float & less bite. The Carbon Slimerods 2.0 works in addition to the camber for additional pop, response, & vibration dampening.  The Ride Helix also comes boosted with  Carbon Array 3 for additional strength & durability. The base is a fast gliding High-end sintered 4000 Ptex base material that is more durable, harder & faster than extruded bases.
