The 2019 Howl Former Mitt is a really nice premium mitt aimed at the backcountry riders out there or for anyone who wants maximum warmth & premium feel. The Former Mitt achieves this with all round Primaloft insulation for maximum warmth while still holding some breathability & perforated pig leather accents which are soft & supple. The lower part of the glove is made from a really light nylon ripstop which as the name suggests is very strong & rarely rips, if it does it only goes as far as the next micro square in the fabric. With 10k 5K insert the gloves are nice & waterproof & also have a ripstop material to add to the durability.
