The Riot is Protec's classic skate helmet design with a functional moulded peak or visor. The Riot is slightly different in construction to Protec's other helmets, the uses Riot in mold construction which keeps the volume of the helmet down thanks to a bonded polycarbonate shell rather than & ABS hard shell. As the polycarbonate shell is bonded it is smaller hence the lower volume helmet. Not only does this keep volume down but also weight giving the riot a really lightweight feel. The protective foam is an EPS low profile version with great impact protection. With drop in pockets for your audio devices (such as the outdoor tech ones we stock) & a rubber goggle clip too.
