- 2018 Let's start with the technical details. The K2 Party Platter is a directional board, which although shorter, has K2's Volume Shift which means it is wider allowing for you to rider much shorter than normal. It comes with K2s All Terrain Baseline shape, rocker flat rocker & Tweekend tip & tail for smoother rocker predictability. Ollie Bar & WH2 base maintain the pop & precision while keeping the weight down. What does all that mean? In nutshell fun; surfy maneuverable fun on piste, off piste, anywhere. The K2 Party Platter is a very accomplished shape which gives you a huge smile. This was a board everyone found hard to give back when we were testing it. Do not be afraid of it's shape or size. You can go anywhere on this & have fun. At the end of the day you can still ride it home. As you can imagine it is hard to write descriptions but for once you need to trust on this one. It comes in 2 sizes only & there is no hard & fast rule. K2 recommend downsizing between 7 -10cm on board length, for example: 159cm would mean 150cm, while 152 would mean choosing the 143cm KEY
