The Scape uses a synthentic down called Dupont Sorona, this insulation is a renewable sourced fiber made of plant-base materials. The advantage of Dupont Sorona is that it offers exceptional softness, excellent Stretch and recovery as well as being lightweight breathable and warm. Another notable advantage of Dupont Sorona is that the factories use less energy, compared to nylon 30% less energy in fact, while releasing approximatly 60% fewer greenhouse gasses.
