The Victorian wing has two bedrooms consisting of a king-size double & a twin, as well as a ground floor bathroom. The rest of this part of the cottage is made up of a sitting room with woodburner & a utility room. There is also a shared conservatory & a shared orangery/summer room. Outside, this cottage has off road parking for eight cars & a front patio & rear lawns with furniture & BBQ, as well as an additional shared garden & access to 7.5 acres of the owners&8217; fields.
