This is the very same sock supplied to all competitors competing in the 170 mile, 6-day Britvic Marathon of Britain & praised by all. The toe & heel area are padded for impact protection, as is the ankle area, for protection of the achillies tendon. An elasticated instep & ' Lin toe' toe seam help reduce movement of the sock & rubbing to prevent blisters.
