Strategic Human Resource Management Course Throughout industry & commerce, some companies seem to have prepared for the future while other companies find that the chief executive is about to retire & no plans have been made to "bring on" a replacement. Conventional wisdom maintains that managers can prepare for the future by making strategic plans & taking appropriate action.
