Change Management Course Managing change is seen as a matter of moving from one state to another, specifically, from the problem state to the solved state. Diagnosis or problem analysis is generally acknowledged as essential. Goals are set & achieved at various levels & in various areas or functions. Ends & means are discussed & related to one another. Careful planning is accompanied by efforts to obtain buy-in, support, & commitment. The net effect is a transition from one state to another, in a planned, orderly fashion. The purpose of this course is to provide a broad overview of the concept of "change management." It is written primarily for people who are coming to grips with change management problems for the first time & for more experienced people who wish to reflect upon their experience in a structured way.
