The administrative region (oblast) of Lugansk / Luhansk in western Ukraine along its border with Russia on a detailed, indexed road map at 1:250, 000 from Kartografija in Kiev, with an English language map legend & street plans of central Lugansk & Alchevsk. All place names are in the Cyrillic alphabet only. The map presents the province divided between the two sides of the sheet with a small overlap. Maps in this series present the road network in great detail, from international roads, shown with their E numbers, to dirt roads & country paths. Driving distances are marked on main, secondary & selected local roads; the maps also show border crossings, fuel stations, car service stations, & traffic patrol service points. Railway lines are shown with stations & local airports are marked.
