The map uses the same basic cartography as A-Z’s range of street atlases but emphasizes features of special importance to visitors. London Underground stations are prominently highlighted, as are various other places of interest to visitors: numerous important buildings & monuments including academic institutions, foreign embassies & legations, hotels, etc. Street with bus services are shown in yellow & annotated with route numbers.
