Lees in 1906 in a fascinating series of reproductions of old Ordnance Survey plans in the Alan Godfrey Editions, ideal for anyone interested in the history of their neighbourhood or family. The map covers the Lees area of greater Oldham but then an Urban District in its own right. Coverage stretches from Roxbury eastward to Thornley, & from Lees High Street southward to Wildmoor Leach Wood & part of Alt.
