The Holocaust has never been so widely commemorated, but our understanding of the accepted narrative has rarely, if ever, been questioned. David Cesarani`s sweeping reappraisal challenges accepted explanations for the anti-Jewish politics of Nazi Germany & the inevitability of the ` Final Solution`.
