Britain Philip`s Compact Atlas FLEXIBOUND
Philip`s Compact Road Atlas of Great Britain in an A5 FLEXI-BOUND format, covering England, Wales and Scotland at 1:212, 857 (1” to 3.36 miles) with just the Outer Hebrides, Orkney and Shetland at a less detailed scale of 1:425, 000 (1” to 6.72 miles). This handy format edition, published in May 2016, has the same cartography as the publishers’ annually updated atlases and is fully indexed, but does not include any additional features such as street plans, urban approach maps or lists with details of motorway junctions. Other feature include a map showing motorway services, a 10-page route planner, details of restricted motorway junctions including nine diagrams, a distance/journey time table, plus an overview road map of Ireland. in June 2016, includes an article on “Mobile Layby Cafes – gourmet or gruesome?”PLEASE NOTE: Philip’s publishes five different versions of their annually-updated road atlas - all have the same cartography and vary only in their format and the additional features.
