It is shown here with development well advanced west of Sandy Lane. Stafford Road crosses the map, as does a section of the Croydon-Epsom line, including Bandon Halt at Bandonhill. Plough Lane runs north-south through the centre of the map, & further east is Coldharbour Lane.
