Major junctions & isolated facilities are annotated with GPS waypoints. Many historic routes such as the Exploer’s Way or the Matilda Way are highlighted. An extensive range of symbols indicate different types of accommodation facilities, fuel & water supplies, general stores & meals, vehicle repair or medical facilities, & various places of interest, many annotated with brief notes and/or contact details. Topography is finely presented by graphics for sand ridges & salt flats, plus names of mountain ranges, etc. National parks & other protected area are highlighted, also Aboriginal Lands & restricted entry zones.
