Hailing from Vista, California, riding for Supreme & Baker, appearing in several memorable videos & also a Thrasher cover star, Rowan Zorilla is a key member of the Vans Skate team. Now he continues to grow that chapter with another signature shoe & this time a clothing capsule to accompany it. The Rowan 2 is an evolution on his first model featuring significant upgrades in technology & production & upgrades in style & function. It takes design cues from vintage classics while still retaining that iconic look of his first model. In the Rowan 2 the Impact Waffle technology has been moved further into the forefoot of the shoe to add even more impact protection without affecting boardfeel, while a 98% recycled VR3 Cush insole adds even greater comfort. For durability they rely heavily on Vans Duracap rubber reinforcements which has been exposed slightly on the Rowan 2 so you can see where that added protection is.
