The Federal Churchill ICS frame from Federal is Stevie Churchill's signature frame & is the second to be updated to the ICS (Invest Cast) wishbone. Along with the ICS wishbone the Churchill features all of the previous revisions such as the hourglass shape head tube gives a much cleaner look giving a smooth blend into headset top caps. The space themed graphics have been placed on the top tube to save any scratching from catching whips. The back sits at 13.25" slammed & comes with the built in chain tensioners, stamped gussets, invest cast seat clamp, seat stay bridge, dropouts & removable brake lugs. The frame has also been updated to include Invest Cast dropouts, seat clamp & seat stay bridge. This frame also features all new graphics. PLEASE NOTE THIS FRAME IS SOLD WITHOUT BRAKE LUGS & GUIDES
