Eclat designed the Centric Pedal for those riders who prefer a shorter crank arm for its increased responsiveness & feel. By moving the pedal body closer to the bottom bracket to achieve a similar feel & advantage. It boasts an overall larger platform area & the is moved closer to the crank arm by removing the 15mm wrench flat, this creates a stronger pedal spindle & allows for a wider choice of foot positioning over regular pedals.
