The Scott Pure is one of the hottest Big Mountain skis in our range! At 104mm underfoot its certainly not one of the widest Big Mountain skis around but its definitely one of the most versatile skis weve tried & is one of our all round favourites. The Scott Pure is based on a traditional camber construction for advanced or expert skiers. The 20.5m (188cm) turning radius will pull you down the mountain in long smooth arcs whilst the Venturi tail ensures float & the freedom to manipulate the 2nd half of your turn allowing you to exit the turn just the way you want. Perfect for negotiating tight couloirs or flowing long arcs in your favourite powder field, the Pure excels everywhere. The Pure gives secure & positive turn initiation thanks to a sandwich construction, & offers a smooth & progressive flex thanks to a cleverly constructed full wood core. This ski is a real head turner & is a perfect match with a pair of Salomon Guardian bindings. Ability Level

- Big Mountain Venturi Tip & Tail Dual Radius Factory Finish Venturi Tail Glossary Venturi Tip & Tail The Venturi Tip & Tail is a new geometry that allows skis to float freely when initiating & completing turns. SCOTT skis with Venturi Tip & Tail construction are more lively & less sluggish off piste & in deep snow. Dual Radius Traditional skis have a fixed radius that determines the length of every turn. SCOTT skis combine two radii (dual radius) to create the sidecut or shape of the ski. By incorporating the Dual Radius concept, the ski can turn when you want it to turn, resulting in a more versatile ski which is not confined to one type of skiing or terrain. Factory Finish SCOTT skis come direct from the factory ready to ski with SCOTT factory finish. Every factory finished ski leaves the factory with side edges ground at 89 & base edges ground between 0.5 & 0.8 for exceptional performance. The base is finished with a micro structured CNC stone grind so you can mount your skis & hit the hill, no tuning required. Venturi Tail The Pure ski shows that the Venturi Tail offers more stable turn completion in any quality of snow.
