I am very pleased with the way this has turned out. A purely sculptural form, cast in metal, having certain hints of eastern decorative design, is placed four times within sodalite beads. Sodalite is such an intriguing mineral & I have exploited its natural range
- going from a deep ultramarine to a limpid sky blue, to an almost grey. Sometimes the entire spread of hues is present in one bead. This all works, well. My favourite jewellery piece of the season.
